Yes. An unnecessary correction. Copy & Pasted from my dictionary: genius |?d?i?n??s| noun ( pl. geniuses ) (a few lines down) ( pl. genii |-n???|) (in some mythologies) a guardian spirit associated with a person, place, or institution. (a few more) ( pl. genii |-n???|) the prevalent character or spirit of something such as a nation or age. and when I typed in 'genii': genii plural form of genie , genius.
So, technically, 'geniuses' would be the standard because 'genii' can also be referring to a mythological being ('genie'). The plural Holly used prevents unnecessary confusion and the one Minerva prefers just makes you sound posh (unless you're with someone who knows their stuff – then you just sound like you're trying to be smart). I have nothing against using the alternative plural 'genii', I think it actually sounds better, but correcting someone with it is unjustified.
Hah! Don't mess with the language freak, frenchie!
lol. Or it could be a Colfer-error. But I still blame Minevs.

Hmmm, maybe I'll make a Pendragon board. Then I'll force my mom to get me the books! ^^

Heh. I've got the books. I just have to read them. But I've got an English teacher who thinks we're primary school kids. She's trying to control what we read, so she's giving us books and setting a certain time by which we must have finished. I feel sick when I go into that classroom. It's a blast from the past, only nowadays I'm much more opinionated, so I don't hesitate to openly insult the methods. If these kids don't want to read, don't force them. It'll only reinforce their negative association with it. Let the kids who want to read read and read what they like. Don't give THEM a negative association! By making reading work they're making us dislike it!
sorry. That was off topic. I will read pendragon as soon as I escape her evil clutches, which I will, because I'm MOVING TO MUNICH!

Our English teacher said about a few weeks to the end of term, 'How many of you have read one book this year?'and everyone put their hand up. 'How many have read more than one book?' and about three of us put our hands up. 'Wow! It's so great to know that you can read lots and lots in a whole four months!'
